What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold by within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Learn more about Terms & Conditions
When will I get my refund?
We process returns daily, so most all refunds are made within 2-3 days after we recieve and process your return.
Does BgB Supply do replacements?
We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the defective or damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Returned Products:
If you find you need to return an item you must request an RMA number and follow the below guidelines;
  • Returns are allowed within 90 days of delivery. *See Exceptions
  • Items eligible for returns must be new, mint condition and must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials including instruction booklets and blank warranty cards.

  • Please do NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging as this can make item no longer returnable.

  • Use a shipper that provides insurance and a tracking number as is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

  • An RMA approval form does not guarantee a final disposition, all returns are subject to inspection.

  • Most refunds are processed in 2-3 business days after we receive your return.

  • Returns received with damaged or missing contents or packaging are subject to a restocking fee up to 50% of purchase price or, at our discretion, not be accepted for return.

  • Unauthorized refusal of delivery is not a valid method of return and will incur return shipping fees and a restocking fee up to 50%

Damaged or Defective Product Policy
  • Damaged product must be reported 2 business days of receipt

  • Defective product must be reported within 30 days

  • Email; include your order number, item number, detailed description of what the issue is, full name and phone number.

  • Retain all boxes and packaging materials, inserts and warranty cards

  • Product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge once we receive original item back

  • False claims of defect will be assessed an additional 25% restocking fee at our discretion
